Citadel supports clients through the full cycle project development process from concept and market research through to feasibility studies, financial modelling and post-award performance stewardship. We conduct technical, economic and financial feasibility studies aligned to DFI and MDB standards, enabling critical decisions on market positioning, pricing, financing models, implementation and risk management.

As part of our mandate, Citadel collaborates with EPCs, OEMs and Funding Partners from early-stage development through to financial close, and provide ESIA studies and environmental safeguards advisory throughout. Beyond commercial viability, Citadel ensures that projects we support demonstrate measurable socioeconomic impact for the communities and markets they serve.
